We interview our colleague Agus Bustamante, project developer, to know him better and to know about his experience in the company.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

  1. For those who don\u00b4t know you, how would you describe yourself?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    I would say that I am nice and friendly. I\u00b4m not very talkative because I\u00b4m a bit shy, but in the end, I just let it go. I like to joke and don\u2019t get angry.<\/p>

    1. Can you give us an overview of your career from the beginning to nowadays?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      Before joining Fagor I worked as a programmer in another company for 5 years. I started programming in COBOL, an old language but one that continues to resist like a titan. After a few years arose the opportunity to change to the department of web technologies and I used the advantage to train and work in front and back-end. Thanks to that knowledge, when I saw the offer from Fagor I decided to sign up, so that in January 2019 started my story as a programmer here.<\/p>

      1. What is your greatest achievement in the position you hold?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        I would say having been involved in the Control Tower developments that are related to the ordering module. It is something that is continuously evolving and grow.<\/p>

        1. How is the working environment with your colleagues in the company?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          There is a very good atmosphere, honestly. We\u00b4re serious when we\u00b4re working, but we joke with each other and treat each other as friends. From time to time we meet up for lunch and a drink.<\/p>

          1. What do you like to do in your free time?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            I like to do and watch sports. Someone will laugh because right now I don\u00b4t do anything, but kid at home takes a lot of time. Also, I like video games, but it happens to me the same as with sport, the baby “don\u2019t let me”. So, what I currently enjoy most in my free time is being with my son.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
