We interview our colleague Santiago D\u00edaz, sales manager for key accounts. We want to express our gratitude for his availability and for giving us a few minutes to answer these questions.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

1. For those who don\u00b4t know you, how would you describe yourself?<\/strong><\/p>

I consider myself a humble person, hard-working and very constant in each of the goals I set for myself.<\/p>

On the personal side, I am a family man, married with two sons. I like to make the most of those moments that life gives us to enjoy with the people close to us, and sport is a way for me to recharge one\u2019s batteries.<\/p>

Professionally, I always try to do my bit and give the best I can, above all contributing the experience I have been obtained in my professional career.<\/p>

\u00a02.<\/strong>\u00a0Can you give us an overview of your career from the beginning to nowadays?<\/strong><\/p>

Since I finished my studies, I started in the telecommunications branch giving technical support, and little by little and after a period of three years, I started a project in an engineering company where I was given the opportunity to take on the role of operations manager, in everything related to telecommunications infrastructure projects.<\/p>

After a period of more than four years, I started in another similar management engineering in the same role of operations management and always linked to the development of telecommunications infrastructures.<\/p>

After a period of more than two years, I was given the option to start a new business project, linked to telematics and with Tom Tom Telematics. This project was new for me, but little by little I gained experience and during this period I was very grateful for this opportunity.<\/p>

After this last period, Fagor Smart Data Services gave me the opportunity to start a new project, in which I have been working for nearly 7 years, they have trusted me and have allowed me to continue growing professionally.<\/p>

3. What is your greatest achievement in the position you hold?<\/strong><\/p>

The greatest achievement I have been able to attain in this period of time is to be part of a business group such as Fagor Electr\u00f3nica and, above all, to have managed to grow professionally and to have been trusted by them to take on certain responsibilities, reaching my current position as head of key accounts.<\/p>

Objectively speaking, the achievement that gives me the greatest satisfaction is having been able to get important customers to place their trust in me and, above all, in Fagor Electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>

4. How is the working environment with your colleagues in the company?<\/strong><\/p>

The best definition of this atmosphere is “BETTER TOGETHER”. We are a great team, and if you have a call or a question, you always have support or an answer. I consider myself truly privileged to have these colleagues\/friends close to me, who have a great track record in the company and from whom you always get a lot of positive things.<\/p>

5. What do you like to do in your free time?<\/strong><\/p>

As I said before, I am a very simple person, who likes to enjoy the moments that life gives me with my family and friends. I love sport, and I try not lose this habit that helps me to recharge one\u00b4s batteries in my day to day life. In the same way, I like to read a lot to learn and acquire knowledge in a self-taught way.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
