On this occasion, we interviewed our colleague Alejandro de la Rosa, Sales Manager for Mexico, who shared his experience since joining the company, what motivates him in his day-to-day work, and how he experiences the work culture. 1. For those who don’t know you, how would you describe yourself both personally and professionally?<\/p>\n

I consider myself a cheerful and calm person. I always try to see life in the best possible light, as we are here to enjoy ourselves.<\/p>\n

2. What motivated you to join Smart Data Services?<\/p>\n

Joining a project where I feel I can develop my sales skills and learn new techniques for professional development.<\/p>\n

3. How was your onboarding process and your first few weeks at the company?<\/p>\n

My first few weeks were incredible. My colleagues supported me throughout the training process and answered all my questions. <\/p>\n

4. What has struck you most about the culture at Smart Data Services?<\/p>\n

All the support they give to employees at all times.<\/p>\n

5. What are you learning in your current position and what excites you most about your job?<\/p>\n

What excites me most is that our customers rely on our platform to manage their fleet.<\/p>\n

6. How would you describe the working environment and your relationship with your team?<\/p>\n

There is a very good working environment, it is easy to get along with your colleagues as we share both professional and personal goals.<\/p>\n

7. Based on your experience so far, what would you say is the main differentiating factor of Smart Data Services?<\/p>\n

Flexibility in terms of satellite tracking solutions at a good price for customers.<\/p>\n

8. What do you like to do in your free time?<\/p>\n

I like to discover new places with my family, both in the city and in the countryside.<\/p>\n

9. Finally, what would you say to someone who is thinking of joining Smart Data Services?<\/p>\n
