Responsible for the treatment

FAGOR ELECTRÓNICA S.COOP. (hereinafter, FAGOR ELECTRÓNICA) processes the data as theperson in charge of processing, on behalf of the company to which you belong or provide your services(hereinafter, CLIENT COMPANY), which is responsible for processing your personal data. FAGOR ELECTRÓNICA and the CLIENT COMPANY have signed the corresponding data processingcontract, by virtue of which FAGOR ELECTRÓNICA processes the personal data on behalf of theCLIENT COMPANY and following its instructions.

Purpose of the treatment

We will treat your personal data associated with your user of the Flotasnet Mobile application tocorrectly manage the use and operation of the application.

Legitimation of the treatment

The legal basis for the treatment of your data is the execution of the contract that you have withthe CLIENT COMPANY.

• Username
• Client Company to which it belongs

Communications of your data

FAGOR ELECTRÓNICA will not communicate personal data to third parties or organizations, unlessit has the express authorization of the CLIENT COMPANY, in the legally permissible cases.

International transfers

FAGOR ELECTRÓNICA will not carry out international transfers of the data obtained through theFlotasnet Mobile application.

Data retention

The data will be kept during the provision of FAGOR ELECTRÓNICA services to the CLIENT COMPANY and for an additional period of 6 months from the end of said services.

Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, limitationand opposition to treatment, as well as not being subject to decisions based solely on the automatedprocessing of your data or revoke your consent, when appropriate, before the CLIENT COMPANY.
